ReBalance Bath: A new festival of wellbeing for Bath launching in February 2023

ReBalance Bath will bring together venues, hotels, therapists, and practitioners for a three-week celebration of wellness and the city’s connections to thermal waters for local residents, city-centre workers and visitors to enjoy from 7 – 25 February 2023. The ReBalance Bath programme of activity will include many free events and taster sessions alongside luxury spa hotel packages and bookable activities.  Centred around the seven pillars of wellness: physical, mental, social, financial, spiritual, vocational and environmental, event highlights include:

For as long as I can remember I have had a love affair with Thailand. In fact, I can probably even pinpoint the moment it happened and the love affair began. I was nineteen years of age when I first visited Thailand. On that trip I travelled straight to Phuket, spending a few nights in Bangkok on the way home to Australia.

But since that trip, I’ve been desperate to seek out more of the country. In particular, I have wanted to visit Chiang Mai.

One of my closest friends Sophie wrote about her time in Chiang Mai here on World of Wanderlust some five or so years ago and it was her sheer enthusiasm for Northern Thailand alone that put this city on the map for me.

With an extensive and diverse experience of more than 19 years in the hospitality industry, Gaurav will use his expertise to further facilitate the hotel’s promise of delivering unique culinary activities.

Chef Gaurav Paul will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing new menus, while hosting food festivals, food promotions, and wine dinners. He would also oversee operations of various outlets in the hotel, and large banqueting events while meeting the quality standards
